Nine missing in blast at Hebei explosives site

Three people were wounded and nine  missing in an explosion caused when a company destroyed expired explosives used for civilian purposes in Chicheng county, Hebei province, on Wednesday, state media said.

The company, Anchen Security and Blasting Services, was destroying the explosives for Jingmei Chemical at a mining area owned by Yinda Mining Company when the accident happened, according to the website of the county's government.
