The High Court denied bail for a jobless man, 30, facing four charges including dealing in arms without a license and possession of prohibited weapon, after a bail review hearing today.

The defendant, who allegedly made hateful comments against the police on the internet, is accused of dealing in 10 stun guns and 21 expandable batons at the Tai Hang Tung Estate Playground No. 2 in Shek Kip Mei without a license on November 1.

He is also accused of keeping two stun guns and five expandable batons in a locker of a video game arcade on 112 Fa Yuen Street in Mong Kok on the same day.

The case will be mentioned again at the Kowloon City Magistrates' Courts on December 12.
