Hong Kong police admitted that officers were inside the car park where Hong Kong University of Science and Technology student, Chow Tsz-lok, was found injured at 11:06pm on Sunday, and not around midnight as they earlier claimed, RTHK reports.
At a briefing, police also said new CCTV footage had come to light showing the student, walking around the car park.

Chow died from his injuries in the morning in Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
The police said Chow was last seen walking alone from the second floor to the third floor at 1:02am, from where it is believed he fell.
The police briefing to the media is still ongoing.
