The weekly home price-tracking Centa-City Leading Index gained by 0.49 percent week-on-week to 186.58 points, just 2 percent below the record high at 190.48.
The CCL index for large homes climbed by 0.57 percent, while the index for medium and small units also climbed by 0.47 percent.
The CCL Mass Index gained by 0.53 percent. The index added 1.13 percent in three weeks in a row.
The New Territories East CCL Mass index was down by 1.41 percent, at 195.2 points. The Kowloon CCL Mass index was up by 2.44 percent to 186.59 points. The New Territories West CCL Mass index gained by 0.41 percent, at 175.21 points.
Hong Kong Island CCL Mass index fell by 0.53 percent, at 191.3 points.
