UK house prices have risen at their fastest pace in over six years, new figures show.
The Office for National Statistics reports that UK average house prices increased by 8.6 percent in February, compared to a year ago, The Guardian reports.
That’s up from 8 percent in January 2021, and the highest annual growth rate the UK has seen since October 2014.
