The home price-tracking Centa-City Leading Index inched up 0.27 percent week-on-week to 176.58 points, a seven-week high.
The mass index for large real estates gained by 0.81 percent, the highest increase in 11 weeks, at 179.84 points.
The index for small and medium flats, climbed by 0.63 percent at 177.31, while that for large units fell by 0.6 percent at 172.8.
The New Territories East mass index was up by 0.76 percent from a week ago at 191.76 points. The New Territories West mass index fell by 0.09 percent at 165.25 points.
Hong Kong Island mass index lost 0.6 percent at 184.38 points, and the Kowloon mass index increased by 2.64 percent compared with the previous week at 173.23 points, ending its two-consecutive-week fall.
