Sino Land opened a show flat of the 160 unit Silversands in Wu Kai Sha today.
The developer expects to release a price list and launch at least 50 units in the first batch.
Flats range from one-bedroom to four-bedroom units.
The group expects to launch One Solo in Mong Kok and Grand Victoria in the West Kowloon in the first quarter.
