European markets head for mixed open

European stocks are expected to open in mixed territory on Tuesday as investors remain focused on the latest coronavirus developments and the state of U.S. politics.

London’s FTSE is seen opening 8 points lower at 6,796, Germany’s DAX up 21 points at 13,963, France’s CAC 40 up 5 points at 5,665 and Italy’s FTSE MIB 78 points higher at 22,659, according to IG, CNBC reports.
