Dickson Concepts profit rises to HK$133.4m
Business | 26 Nov 2020 9:18 pmLuxury goods retailer Dickson Concepts International (0113) said net profit for the six months ended September increased by 12.13 percent to HK$133.45 million.
An interim dividend of 8 HK cents was declared.
Basic earnings per share were 33.9 HK cents.
Turnover dropped by 42.7 percent to HK$981.1 million from a year ago. Turnover in Hong Kong slumped by 47.4 percent and retail operations incurred substantial negative cash flows.
The Standard Channel 
The decline was offset by a substantial increase in profit contribution from the investment portfolio, a doubling of profit in Taiwan, profit contribution from China and tight control in operating costs, the company said.
