European stock markets have hit their lowest level since mid-June.
The Stoxx 600, which track Europe’s largest six hundred companies, has fallen 1.2 percent in early trading to 355 points - a three-month low, The Guardian reports. Coronavirus fears are hitting travel companies, with Airbus falling by 3.7 percent.
Nearly every stock on the FTSE 100 index fell at the start of trading in London. The blue-chip index lost 77 points, or 1.3 percent, at 5,821.
