Mass housing prices track higher

The Centaline Property Agency's price tracking Centa-City Leading Index inched up 0.27 percent from a week ago to 178.95 points.

CCL Mass, which tracks large-scale real estate was up by 1.2 percent week-on-week, a 19-week high.

The index has outperformed the other three major indexes, it climbed by 2.3 percent in eight weeks.

New Territories West prices ended its two-week drop and climbed the most, up by 1.56 percent, compared with the previous week. Kowloon prices fell for three consecutive weeks, a total drop of 2.1 percent.

Centaline Property said the CCL woould reach about 190 points in the autumn. The agency said the recent performance of luxury flats has been outstanding.
