Stocks in Hong Kong remained in the positive column at the break today. The benchmark Hang Seng Index was at 26,468.62, up by 122.13 points, or 0.46 percent.
The HSI opened at 26,475.34.
Metuan Dianping (3690) gained by 3 percent HK$106.30.
In mainland China, the Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index was at 2,882, up by 10.02, or 0.35 percent.
Shares of local developers fell.
Sino Land (0083) dropped by 1.7 percent to HK$11.54, the biggest loser among blue-chip stocks.
New World Development (0017) edged down by 0.59 percent to HK$10.16 while Wharf Real Estate Investment (1997) slid by 0.46 percent to HK$43.25.
Mainland developers gained. China Resources Land (1109) jumped by 4.58 percent to HK$35.4, the top gainer among blue chips in the morning. Country Garden (2007) climbed by 3.3 percent to HK$11.26 and China Overseas Land and Investment (0688) inched up 2.86 percent to HK$27.
Chinese down jackets manufacturer Bosideng International (3998) vaulted by 6.42 percent to HK$3.98 after posting better-than-expected interim results.
