HK achieves "zero local infections” for 14 straight days

Hong Kong health authorities reported no new local coronavirus cases on Monday, recording only three additional Covid-19 patients who had arrived in the city from overseas.
Two of them were said to have arrived in Hong Kong from the UK, while the remaining patient was from Indonesia.
All three were found to be carrying the L452R mutated strain of the coronavirus.
The Centre for Health Protection said 27 Covid infections had been recorded in the past 14 days, of which all are imported cases.
The city’s Covid tally now stood at 11,887, along with 210 related deaths.
