To celebrate La Perla's 65th anniversary, French patisserie Dalloyau has created a pink lace cake inspired by the brand's Maison collection (HK$58).
The white peach mousse is matched with pureed pear poached in Poire Williams.
Each cake is decorated with an edible rose lace fondant and pearl frosting.
