Globe trotters

looking for lighting that can spark off creative interiors? Check out Tom Dixon's new collection, Opal.

The translucent globes are made with the design house's own custom recipe of tinted white opalescent polycarbonate. Semi translucent, they maintain an ethereal ghostliness in the daylight and at night form an illuminated sphere.

Coupled with the new dimmable Tom Dixon LED, the Opal range emits a soft, diffused and flattering light.

This diffused glow is achieved by blow-molding opalescent plastic, which gives the bulbs a delicate translucency as well as organic form.

An integrated dimmable LED feature offers the range of two pendant lights, two floor lights and a surface light with better energy efficiency.
