Top Kowloon flat prices to hit Ho Man Tin

Fullsun International (0627) released 30 units in the first price list of its La Salle Residence in ?Ho Man Tin, with the cheapest one-bedroom flat priced at HK$7.41 million, or HK$28,500 per square foot after discount.

The first batch will go on sale as soon as next week. The 30 flats range in size from 260 to 419 sq ft, and are priced at between HK$7.41 million and HK$16.19 million, or HK$27,826 to HK$38,661 per sq ft. These units are offered at an average price of HK$31,271 per sq ft after discount, the highest in Kowloon so far this year.

The wash basin of a one-bedroom flat is not set up in the bathroom, but in the living room.

Meanwhile, Jiayuan International (2768) and Stan Group released the third price list of their T Plus nano flat project in Tuen Mun, offering 120 units priced at between HK$1.99 million and HK$4.15 million, or HK$14,711 to HK$19,198 per sq ft after discount.

Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) will launch the sale of 20 units at its Mount Regency Phase II on a first-come-first-served basis on Friday. It released the fourth price list of 50 units recently, which range in size from 304 sq ft to 454 sq ft and are priced at between HK$5.39 million to HK$7.27 million, or HK$14,059 per sq ft to HK$18,540 per sq ft after discount. They are offered at an average price of HK$16,030 per sq ft after discount.
