Piin Wine Restaurant is hosting its first Three Liters, Three Wines dinner, featuring a sought-after jeroboam of 1985 Chateau Lafite Rothschild. A five-course Cantonese meal (HK$3,500) will be served alongside three wines, including the bordeaux.
The garnet-colored wine, with its notes of tobacco, liquorice and leather, will be paired with smoky dishes like slow-cooked pigeon smoked with jasmine tea leaves.
