Chinese student snatched in Canada

A Chinese national studying in Canada was shocked multiple times by a man with a stun gun in a violent kidnapping in the underground parking garage of his condominium north of Toronto, authorities said.

York regional police said Wanzhen Lu, 22, was walking with his friend toward the elevator of the Markham, Ontario building when a black van pulled up behind them, and three men ambushed Lu, dragging him into the van.

Police said they have found the van allegedly used to kidnap him, and are worried about Lu's safety. They are looking for four suspects.

Lu drives a white Lamborghini and Rolls Royce. His female friend was not touched, leading police to believeLuwas targeted.

Security images show three suspects wearing jackets with their hoods pulled tight to their heads along with images of the van.

No ransom demands have been made.
