Sino Land (0083) will launch a first batch of at least 108 flats at Mayfair By The Sea 8 in Pak Shek Kok next week, of which most are two- and three-bedroom units.
The group has reported four more deals at Grand Central in Kwun Tong, reflecting 1,440 transactions in total, valued at HK$17.5 billion.
Chinachem Group offered a "First 20 months interest-free mortgage plan" for buyers at Jade Grove in Tuen Mun.
Wing Tai Properties (0369) will put 22 more flats at The Carmel in Tuen Mun, with the average per-square-foot price of HK$11,564. This batch covered studios to two-bedroom flats, from 279 to 805 sq ft, which were priced at between HK$3.68 million and HK$9.27 million.
Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) sold two apartments at Ultima in Ho Man Tin for over HK$288 million. One, with a saleable area of 2,826 sq ft, fetched HK$75,694 per sq ft.
In the secondary market, some price-cut deals have been recorded. A 471-sq-ft unit at Sea Crest Villa in Sham Tseng sold for HK$4.5 million, 9.64 percent lower than its asking price while blue chip housing estate Taikoo Shing reported a price-cut deal of HK$3.45 million when a three-bedroom unit sold for HK$13.55 million.
