A new work by British street artist Banksy is attracting crowds to the south Wales steel town of Port Talbot.
Authorities have traffic wardens stationed in an alley behind a car lockup where a wall features a picture of a boy standing by a sled with his tongue out, apparently tasting snowflakes. But around a corner is a scene of a dumpster fire and reveals the flakes are falling ash.
"It seems there's a child playing in snow," notes resident Kirstin Tucker. "But when you see the flames and pollution coming from the other side of the picture it brings thoughts of what Port Talbot is all about - industry."
