A Taiwanese web designer pulled off a hilarious prank on a Hong Kong education center after he claimed that he had not been paid in full.
To protest against the fact that he had not received what he was owed, the designer changed the center's webpage to say: "This website failed to pay a designer for his job, so there is no material to show here. We apologize for the inconvenience."
A screenshot of the website was uploaded to a Taiwanese Facebook page, but as of yesterday, the page can no longer be accessed.
The designer claimed he charged a fee of HK$4,800, but the center still owes him HK$3,800.
However, the center refuted his claim, saying the full amount was to be paid only when the website was complete.
It also criticized the designer's work for falling short of their expectations.
