Multiple choices in Lohas Park

Phase Six of Lohas Park, known as LP6, developed by Nan Fung Group in Tseung Kwan O, opened show flats of a one-bedroom unit, as well as a two-bedroom and three-bedroom flat.

Victor Mak, director and general manager of property at Nan Fung Development says LP6 offers a homely environment with modern facilities and notes that it is the southernmost project of Lohas Park.

The 500 saleable square-foot two-bedroom flat is themed "San Francisco Glam."

The unit adopts a glass screen to divide different rooms. Wood and frosted glass screens feature in the dining room and the living room, where there is European furniture.

The wall on which the television is attached has been created as a feature wall and is decorated with specialized wire glass.

A handmade glass chandelier produced in Holland, is a highlight in the living space.

The glass dining table also featured European design.

The kitchen is relatively spacious and features mable flooring and marble walls.

Kitchen cabinets are made of wood, while the appliances are branded European products.

The master bedroom is wide, with saleable of more than 10 sq ft. The whole room looks spacious even after accommodating a king-sized bed, a bookshelf and a closet.

A glass window and a wooden counter are used to divide the master bedroom and the other room. The space is flexible. The whole room space can be adjusted by closing or opening the window.

The bathroom is wide, features soft-lighting and is built with high quality materials. Quality natural stones formed the flooring and walls.

A 644 ssq ft sized three-bedroom showflat is themed "Paris Classic."

White dominates in the living room, while there is a Baroque-style wall.

The whole Wiener GTV Design collection is the highlight in the living room. The oval-shaped handmade rattan backrest and wooden chairs inject elegance into the living room. A French Echo dining table takes pride of place in the dining room. It is made of marble and combines wooden materials.

There is one childern bedroom while the master bedroom is spacious and can accommodate king-sized bed and a dressing table.

The 347 ssq ft one-bedroom flat is designed with an open kitchen. The living room space extends into a 22 sq ft balcony.
