New World Development (0014) put 45 units of Skypark, a joint project in Mong Kok with the Urban Renewal Authority, on the market with prices ranging from HK$8.64 million to HK$11.02 million, or HK$21,233 to HK$23,803 per saleable square foot.
The list comprises 37 one-bedroom units and eight two-bedroom units, offering a highest discount of 23.5 percent.
The developer has offloaded 246 units worth HK$1.4 billion since its launch. It has sold 84 units since July, breaking the record of total sales in June.
The Ascent - a URA, Paliburg Holdings (0617) and Regal Hotels International (0078) joint project, sold 20 units last night, including two featured units.
The highest price was over HK$6.4 million. It opened its second round of sale for 30 units last night. The developer has sold 138 units worth HK$660 million so far, accounting for 93 percent of launched units.
Separately, 61 applicants went to select subsidized flats from the Housing Authority's Home Ownership Scheme and Hong Kong Housing Society yesterday. Twenty-five units at Ka Shun Court and Pan Yan Court were sold. The sale covered 3,684 units of Ka Shun Court and Pan Yan Court in Sha Tin from HOS, as well as Greenhill Villa in Sha Tin from the Subsidized Sale Flats Project.
Prices for three projects ranged from HK$1.5 million to HK$6.27 million, with sizes ranging from 375 to 574 sq ft.
Sixty-one applicants are also invited to choose flats today. Three subsidized homes projects are expected to be completed from 2018 to 2019.
A residential site at 46 Oxford Road in Kowloon Tong is up for sale. It is believed the plot is worth about HK$600 million with a gross floor area of 24,880 sq ft.
With a plot ratio of 1.8 times, it could hold a detached villa or four 6,000 sq ft homes. The tender will close on September 15.
