European stocks flat at open

Europe's main stock markets edged higher at the start of trading on Thursday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index adding a marginal 0.02 percent to stand at 6,757.03 points.
Frankfurt's DAX 30 rose 0.15 percent to 9,328.71 and the CAC 40 index in Paris also gained 0.15 percent to 4,247.32 points compared with Wednesday's closing level. --AFP
