Rainstorm warning lowered to Amber

Hong Kong Observatory has lowered the rainstorm warning to Amber, with heavy rain exceeding 30 millimeters in an hour has fallen or is expected to fall.
There will be flooding in some low-lying and poorly drained areas, the weatherman warned. Heavy rain may also bring about flash floods.
