Former boss of Erwiana back in court
(08-12 12:28)

A woman accused of abusing her Indonesian maid -- who's known as Erwiana -- has appeared in the District Court for allegedly failing to take out an insurance policy for her.
In a separate case, Law Wan-tung faces 20 other charges, including assault, intimidation and labor law offenses.
The prosecution has applied to have the two cases tried together, but the defense counsel said he would oppose it.
A hearing has been scheduled next Thursday for both sides to present their arguments.
Law is released on bail. --RTHK
