One dead in Taiwan blaze: report

A 19-year Hong Kong student died and two other people were injured in a blaze in Tamsui District, New Taipei City, Taiwan this morning, local media reported.
The fire broke out in a unit on the 14th floor of a 15-storey building at 10:48 this morning, the fire services said. Five Tamkang University students were reportedly trapped in the unit and five others were rescued.
