Hang Seng down at midday

Hong Kong stocks ended down 0.11 percent Tuesday morning, despite the release of HSBC figures showing a rise in the city's manufacturing activity in July.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index dipped 27.45 points to 24,572.63 at the break. --AFP
