Flights between HK and Taiwan disrupted

Fourteen flights between Hong Kong and Taiwan have been cancelled or delayed because of Typhoon Matmo.
Airport Authority Hong Kong has advised people to check the status of their flights before heading to the airport.
The typhoon killed at least one person after making landfall in Taiwan early Wednesday morning.
The man from the north of the island died after falling into a pool on his farm.
Typhoon Matmo had slightly weakened before it crossed Taiwan to enter the Taiwan Strait.
It is heading for Fujian province on the mainland. --RTHK
