Amber rainstorm warning signal on

Hong Kong Observatory issued the Amber rainstorm warning signal at 3:50pm today. Heavy rain has fallen or is expected to fall generally over the territory, exceeding 30 millimeters in an hour. It is likely to continue, the weatherman said.
