No. 3 signal hoisted

The Observatory has issued the strong wind signal No.3 as Typhoon Rammasun gets closer to Hong Kong.
The typhoon is forecast to move in a northwesterly direction towards western Guangdong and Hainan island.
Senior Scientific Officer, Lee Tsz-cheung, said winds are expected to strengthen further with some squally showers. --RTHK
