Observatory may issue No. 3 signal

The Observatory says it may consider issuing the strong wind signal No. 3 on Thursday afternoon as Typhoon Rammasun gets closer.
The typhoon is forecast to move in a northwesterly direction towards western Guangdong and Hainan island.
Winds are expected to strengthen further with some squally showers. --RTHK
