Carrie Lam delivers reform report
(07-15 14:57)

The Chief Secretary, Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, has begun briefing legislators Tuesday on the results of a government public consultation on the 2017 Chief Executive and 2016 Legislative Council polls.
Earlier the Chief Executive, Leung Chun-ying, said the government had considered allowing more time for public discussion on political reform -- but had decided against because of time constraints. --RTHK
