Hang Seng flat by midday

Hong Kong stocks ended the morning session flat Friday following a sell-off in New York and Europe fueled by fears over Portugal's biggest listed bank.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index dipped 8.36 points to 23,230.63 by the break on turnover of HK$26.27 billion. --AFP
