Hang Seng lower by mid-day

Hong Kong stocks dipped 0.13 percent in the morning session Tuesday following a retreat on Wall Street, while traders await the release of Chinese inflation and trade data later in the day.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index slipped 31.15 points to 23,509.77 by the break on turnover of HK$27.24 billion. --AFP
