HK$4b more expected for Sha Tin to Central Link : Tien

Chairman of the Legislative Council railways subcommittee Michael Tien Puk-sun said MTRC spent at least 11 months to address to delay of the construction of Sha Tin to Central Link.
He said the operator should be able to catch up with the schedule, but the cost will shoot up by more than HK$4 billion.
