Chinese fishing boat sinks off Diaoyu Islands

An unidentified number of Chinese fishermen are missing after a boat sank in waters to the north of the Diaoyu Islands at around 8:50 a.m. Friday, according to a source with the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy.
The cause of the accident is yet to be known. Two Chinese naval rescue vessels are heading to the scene. --Xinhua
