Hang Seng up by noon

Hong Kong stocks edged up 0.35 percent in the morning session Tuesday, rebounding from a heavy sell-off in the previous session.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index climbed 79.99 points to 22,884.80 by the break on turnover of HK$22.41 billion. --AFP
