Hang Seng down at lunch

Hong Kong shares fell 0.56 percent in the morning on Tuesday as traders track events in Iraq and ahead of a US Federal Reserve policy meeting that starts later in the day.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index slipped 130.38 points to 23,170.29 by the break on turnover of HK$26.33 billion. --AFP
