Hui 'deceitful' over developer links
(06-10 17:09)

The High Court has heard that former chief secretary Rafael Hui Si-yan deceived his colleagues and the public by stating there was no conflict of interest in his involvement with the development of Ma Wan and the West Kowloon Cultural District.
The prosecution told his corruption trial that these were projects in which Sun Hung Kai Properties had an interest. It said Hui's claim was "an exercise of deceit", as he had received millions of dollars from the developer and was indebted to it. --RTHK
