KMB fares rise approved

The Executive Council has approved a fare increase of 3.9 percent by the Kowloon Motor Bus Company. The new fare will take effect on July 6.
The Transport Secretary, Anthony Cheung Bing-leung, said 86 percent of passengers would have to pay less than 40 cents more per trip. --RTHK
