Govt to sell 86 HOS flats in June

The Hong Kong Housing Authority has put 86 Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) flats in Tin Lee Court, Tai O and Tin Chung Court, Tin Shui Wai, for sale. Applications will open between June 11 and 24.
After applying a 30-percent discount to market values, the prices of the 85 flats in Tin Lee Court in Tai O, Lantau Island, with saleable areas from 44.4 square metres to 45.1 sq m, range from HK$641,100 to HK$897,300.
The selling price of the rescinded flat in Block L at Tin Chung Court in Tin Shui Wai, New Territories, with a saleable area of 60.4 sq m, is set at the same discount and is HK$1,934,300.
The whole set of sales documents, including application forms and guides, sales brochures, price lists and sales arrangements will be available tomorrow and can be obtained at the HOS Sales Unit at the HA Customer Service Centre in Lok Fu.
