Hang Seng up at mid-day

Hong Kong stocks rose 0.70 percent by the lunchtime break Tuesday, mirroring regional rises off the back of positive US manufacturing data out.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index added 162.12 points to 23,243.77 on turnover of HK$35.98 billion. --AFP
