Another pan-democrat meets Zhang Xiaoming
(05-29 16:41)

A second pan-democrat lawmaker has met Beijing's top representative in Hong Kong to discuss political reform.
But Ip Kin-Yuen did not inform his pan-democratic colleagues or the public until after he'd met Liaison Office's director Zhang Xiaoming, yesterday.
Ip said they both repeated their positions on universal suffrage during what he described as a 'friendly' meeting. --RTHK
