Taipei steps up metro security after attacks

Extra police officers are patrolling underground stations in Taipei following a deadly knife attack yesterday.
Four people were killed and 21 others injured. A 21-year-old college student has made a brief court appearance. Police say he had long fantasized about carrying out mass murder on the train network. --RTHK
