CLP calls for two-pronged energy expansion

CLP Power says the government should build more natural gas units in Hong Kong, and at the same time study ways to import more electricity from the mainland.
A government consultation asks the public to express a preference for one of the two options. But CLP says the government shouldn't rush into a decision on the issue.
It says Hong Kong needs to build more natural gas units anyway, to meet the government's emission targets for 2020. --RTHK
