Amber travel alert for Vietnam

The government has issued an amber outbound travel alert for Vietnam, after anti-Chinese protest escalated.
"Residents intending to visit the country or who are already there should carefully consider their travel plan, monitor the situation, exercise caution, attend to personal safety and avoid protests and large gatherings of people," a government spokesman said.
