Fanny Law blames MTRC chief
(05-14 13:10)

Executive councillor Fanny Law Fan Chiu-fun has urged the chief executive of the MTRC, Jay Walder, to take responsibility for the delay in construction of the high speed rail link to Guangzhou.
Law said it is for the corporation's board to decide how best to penalize Walder. But she stressed that the Transport Secretary, Anthony Cheung Bing-leung, should not take the blame for what happened. --RTHK
