Albert Chan dismisses filibuster fears

One of the legislators behind the filibustering of the budget bill has dismissed government warnings that the delaying tactics will result in funding problems for public services.
People Power's Albert Chan Wai-yip says he believes the bill will be voted on early next month at the latest. He was speaking after a meeting with the Legco president, Jasper Tsang Yok-sing. --RTHK
