(05-08 17:33)

Legislator Joseph Lee Kwok-lun said on Thursday that he hoped that his meeting with the Director of Beijing's Liaison Office in Hong Kong, Zhang Xioaming, will pave the way for further talks between pan-democrats and central government officials.
Lee, who represents the health sector in the Legislative Council, said he told Mr Zhang about the public's hope for civil nomination for the chief executive election in 2017 in their one and a half hour meeting at the Liaison Office in Western. --RTHK
